You keep everything. We get permission.

This is the Terms of Service with the legal language taken out. Nothing here is softer than the Terms — if the two ever disagree, the Terms are what binds us.

What stays yours

Your recording.The master stays yours. We never take a piece of it.

Your song.The writing, the melody, the words. Ours to play, never ours to own.

Your name and your face.We never use your voice, your name, your image or your likeness to make anything you did not approve.

Your artwork.Yours. Uploading it here does not hand it over.

Your fans.A fan can choose to share their email with you. That list is yours to download. We never sell, trade or rent it.

What uploading allows

Four things. It is not exclusive — put your music anywhere else you want, at the same time.

Stream your track.On the site and in the apps.

Play it on the radio.The 24/7 station, in the same rotation as everyone else.

Sell downloads.At the price you set. $0.99, $1.19 or $1.99.

Count the plays.So the chart can be real.

There is no term and no length. It ends the moment you take the track down.

Radio plays are counted on the chart but not paid per play. By uploading you promise the track is yours to share: beats, samples and co-writers cleared.

The money

Downloads: you keep 90%.Ninety percent of the net on every download — net being what the buyer paid minus the card fee. Connect your bank and each sale splits at the register, the moment someone buys. Until you connect it, your share is held for you and paid when you ask.

Premium: 90% follows the plays.Every month, 90% of the net subscription money is split by what each subscriber actually played. If a fan only played you, your share of their month is only yours — it does not get pooled and handed to whoever is biggest. If a subscriber played nothing at all that month, their share is split by everyone's plays, because there is no listening to follow.

Radio spins pay nothing here, and we say so.A station does not owe itself royalties. Spins are counted for you and shown to you, and they stay out of the chart, because the station picks those, not listeners.

The chart

One formula, printed in public.Score = plays over 7 days + 25 × sales over 7 days. That is the whole thing. Nobody is placed, lifted or buried by hand, and no payment can change a position. The raw feed is public at /api/charts, so you can check our math.

Seven days, then it is gone.Nothing carries over, so a new artist can top the chart in one good week.

Leaving

One tap, no conversation.Take one track down or take everything down, from your dashboard, whenever you want. It comes off the store, the chart and the radio within a minute, and the audio file leaves its public address with it. Copies already held in network and browser caches can keep playing for up to four hours, then they stop too. You do not have to email anyone or explain why.

Leaving does not cost you money.Money you already earned still pays out. That month's Premium share still counts the plays the song already had. Anyone who bought it keeps the copy they paid for.

We do not remove you for saying no.We remove music that breaks the Community Rules or the law, and we tell you which rule. Turning down a deal, an offer or a promotion is not a reason, and it never will be.

AI

The Verse learns from itself, and you can switch your part off.Our models train on the music and the listening here to make the place better. Only ours, never sold, never used to imitate you. Human artists: one switch on your dashboard turns it off for everything you have uploaded.

You say where your music came from.Human, human-driven AI, or AI. You declare it, we show it, and listeners decide. We do not guess and we do not let a detector label you.

That is the whole deal.
